    What do you know. They finally replied and it's quite a coincidence I received the reply the same day I leave the review. Here was their response: 1) Your account shows a credit balance of 6 which covers the 2nd payment. 2) Only you can terminate the payment authority with Paypal. 3) As you've chosen to leave a negative review on Google we will not be offering to renew your contract. If you are not happy with the service then we will not hold you back from moving. - I've now asked for a refund of the credit and to cancel once what I have currently paid expires. I have more reviews to leave now elsewhere. Maybe one day they will learn the importance of customer service. I'll let you know how long it takes them to refund.

    I had originally been with Netserve for 3-4 years until approx 5-6 years ago when down time started to increase, support was non existent so decided to move to another provider. However I left my domain name with them as it was easiest solution at that particular time. I renewed on every year with no problems. However this year I decided it was time to move my domain to my current domain hosting company and thought it would be pretty easy and simple to do even for a non tech person like me. My first mistake was asking direct rather than through the support panel. I was told I needed to go through the support panel (which was the correct advice given by Netserve) which i did then the one line responses came with no help what so ever plus it was taking days for a response.. To cut a long story short my current domain host told me what i needed to do so i went straight to Nominet who helped me transfer my domain name tag to my current hosting company. Poor support, too long to respond and no improvement since I moved my site a number of years ago. Glad to be out of it.

    Very slow to respond. Serious issues with service over the past 24hrs and no way to contact. Currently costing businesses who cant receive their email however the domains can't be releases without the corporation of these guys... The have twitter feeds that havnt even been updated with service updates.

    Raised a ticket on 2nd June re continuous payments asking them to cancel, as I have decided to pay manually. Its now the 15th June and Im still waiting for a response. Overall, what they offer is ok, but this lack of customer support is a big let down. It is very frustrating for the consumer.
