        Poor communication ceiling is constantly leaking along with not having heating or hot water for nearly 2 weeks while its -2 degrees after logging it within a day of the boiler breaking it

        No communication, fitting a new door to my electric meter when the old one worked perfectly fine. Of course it's done on a Friday afternoon with 5 pounds on the meter and can I just mention we are the only tenants in the block of 4 with a child and the only ones on a meter so no need for other tenants to be interested
