        I rang this company at 1:30pm today explained the problem with my washing machine not draining properly was told they would probably be able to fix the problem and return the machine by tea time. They picked the machine up within half hour diagnosed the problem very quickly updated me right away what work needed to be done. I had it fixed and returned to me by 4:30pm. I've done one empty wash an it would appear the problem is fixed will find out for definite once I do a load tomorrow. Peter was very friendly as were the gentleman who collected and returned my machine. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much. Sarah
