Loved my Reflexology by Steph. Steph put me at ease right away. I had hand and foot Reflexology which left me feeling very relaxed and calm. I will definitely return and highley recommend T Gwyn Reflexology. The booking process was easy to follow, communication before the appointment was spot on and I had absolutely no problem finding the location. Highly recommend .

As a young student nurse I often feel the stress and find it hard to switch off. I have recently tried reflexology and I can definitely recommend it for any age. Since reflexology has many benefits such as stress relief, boosting your metabolism and improves energy levels. Enhancing the body's flexibility and function reflexology is great if you are active. I would definitely recommend Steph as she provides an holistic treatment making it person centred based on your specific needs.

Our 12 year old son has been complaining of headaches, he has to wait 10 weeks for an opticians appointment so we thought we would try a different tack and use reflexology. Steph was amazing with him and picked up on things we hadn't even thought to mention. She truly is a foot witch! Or in my son's words, reflexology is flumflee. I highly recommend her services for children and adults.

Started reflexology with Steph when I was in my third trimester and it's the best thing I've had done. More relaxing than any massage I have ever had and Steph is so lovely it makes the experience even better. Would highly recommend and I'll be continuing after I've had the baby.
