Beth is a truly wonderful yoga teacher. Fun, socialable lessons with an encouraging and very supportive instructor. I highly recommend her classes!

Wild yoga studio is a little oasis of relaxation. Beth is a fantastic, approachable yogi who strives to make yoga accessible to all. I started as a complete (very self conscious) beginner at Wild studio with a distaste towards yoga- after a class with Beth I was hooked! The studio is completely non judgemental too- as a plus sized person I struggle with having the confidence to walk into some gyms/yoga studios but walking into Wild Studio feels like walking into a friend's house. All the classes are incredible but the calming yoga is just like an all over hug!
