        Poor communication. Surveyed in June 2021. Still waiting for install manager to make contact.

        For the initial booking and getting a gent out to do the initial survey they were brilliant. Very helpful. We then were told he needed to come back as he didnt have sufficient photo evidence so he would be back (confirmed via text) on 8 Feb at 14:00 - and he never arrived. No texts no nothing just radio silence. I wasted my day off waiting for him. Since then weve tried on numerous occasions and contact numbers and emails to find out what is happening and again, nothing. Not heard a single thing. Were even wondering if this company is still open as its literally impossible to get hold of anyone. Shocking.
