My husbands ears were full of solid wax which caused him excruciating pain. Ian persevered and managed to clear both ears. We had to apply drops between visits and Ian was always at the end of the phone if we needed reassurance. My husband intends to visit Ian on a regular basis for checkups. He truly is a professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Ian from the bottom of my heart.

Hes a very friendly guy he Unblocked my ear which i had made worse using otex manged to fit me in the day after i called him , couldnt recommended enough .

Ian was a godsend and fitted me in last minute for micro-suction on both ears that had been blocked for over a week. I am now no longer living underwater and can carry on with my business in the land of the living! He also gave me some good advice regarding future care of my ears - goodbye Otex and hello olive oil! Thanks again Ian!
