A phone call. A conversation. A visit. A purchase. An installation. From start to finish - amazing, outstanding, accommodating, friendly customer service. We needed a non-typical sized mini shed. Made a phone call, had an intelligent conversation, was listened to and encouraged to visit. We visited, we saw and we bought. Delivery and installation was booked for the following week. Amazing. Claire understood what we needed, our requirements and timescale with professional advise thrown in. We were able to achieve all this, in one day. Id had a nice little shed from them some 10 years ago so I decided to buy a big shed for our new place. Good price, good quality timber. It was erected very quickly by a pleasant, cheerful duo on a Friday afternoon some 9 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with it ever since. It has leaked and leaked and leaked. The roof, the windows and the panel joins. It is now rotting and I will be pulling it down in the next twelve months or so. I followed their strict instructions to coat immediately after installation with an oil based preservative and have had to spend many hours using silicone sealants to keep out the rain. The wood looked good when new so I guess it was not erected properly? Services: Storage shed design & building, Shed installation
