Just got my dream car with this company. Had to wait a little longer due to bank holiday but I expected that anyways. Glyn was great and kept me updated with all the progress and what was happening. Car is amazing

Initially gave a 5 star review regarding my experience of buying a car from the Chester branch. Unfortunately, the day after purchasing the car, the windscreen developed a major leak causing lots of water to enter the cabin. They agreed to pay me half of the fee to get the windscreen re-sealed in my home town rather than drive it back almost 130 miles to them to be repaired and I agreed to this. A few days ago, switched the car on and the instrument panel lit up like a christmas tree with various faults. I rang Glen at the Chester branch to report this and he promised he would ring me back the following day. Still waiting 3 days later for his call back. Customer service and aftercare appears very much down their list of priorities. The warranty they provide (which I never got or signed for) insists that any work required has to be done by them so if you live a distance away, be prepared you will have a long drive to have any repairs undertaken. Poor aftercare when you cant even rely on a phone call back from this company. I will now need to get my car repaired at my own expense and feel let down by what I perceived initially as a good company to do business with.
