Amazing service in very difficult times! The bags of compost and vegetable grow where brilliant quality. The delivery driver kept his distance, simply calling us from our gate, no signature needed. We would have no hesitation in ordering from Dandys again.

Orderd some stones over 3 weeks ago still no update on delivery after being assured when i orderd them would be here in the 14 days sent 6 emails just getting an automated message back with no information. Save yourself the bother an go to a trused supplier theys are usless.

Ordered on the web and received the rock salt the next day, good coms, friendly driver and good clean product nicely packed.

I ordered two xxxl bags of lawn soil which came with a large amount of broken glass and various other non soil items. Correspondence with the company has been less than friendly with their excuses always being "we are working 24/7 and are very busy." My husband is an NHS worker and works from 5.30am to anything up to midnight and is also on call 10 nights on and 10 off yet he still manages to be polite and as helpful as a person can be. Complaining about being busy when so many are losing their jobs is somewhat churlish and snapping at customers via email is not the way forward if you want repeat business. Taking on more orders than they can handle is selfishness and poor business design, the orders suffer as does customer service. Finally, I ordered and paid for a wildflower mix that did not arrive despite it being written on the front of one of the dumpy bags. The delivery drier made note on his screen and I have twice emailed, initially asking them when I can expect it and then following up with please just refund me. I am still waiting for a response. I am pretty sure they would not be happy if they spent their hard earned money on an item that failed to materialise! I would not recommend them and have had my veg soil from a different company who delivered two days after ordering and the soil was perfect. As an edit - I was going through my reviews and saw a response from Dand'ys saying they did not have my exact name which is odd. So here is the order date and number. 28th March 2020 Dandy's Topsoil & Landscape Supplies ORDER #DT17851 The name is, as in my reviews, Mrs Josie Smith. I have since had to pay to have the soil removed and replaced at considerable cost.
