Having met The Big Hedge Co at Chelsea Flower Show, we were familiar with the quality of the plants available, and the professionalism of the representatives we met. In further discussions and subsequent site meeting with Richard, our confidence in the company was only strengthened, and the resulting instant big hedge - 41m of 200cm yew and Portugese laurel - was installed on our building plot in early January. The installation was also very professional, friendly and without any concerns... they have indicated they will be in touch to check on the progress of the plants, and a nudge when to start irrigating. We have already had lovely comments on the hedges from our neighbours, and don't doubt will be in touch with the Big Hedge Co again when we tackle the garden after our build is complete!! Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable when I enquired about a replacement hedge. He was able to make recommendations based upon the nuances of the project and no challenge was too difficult for him to overcome.
