We stayed in room 14 on the fourth floor, obviously up long flights of stairs. Fit is the word I would say you have to be to get up them. Once up and in the room the views are great. On a clear day you can see for miles across the ocean whilst sitting on your balcony with a drink or watching people walking their dogs along the beach. On the down side I wouldn't allow children in this apartment or the ones below as the balcony and the railing on the stairs and front area could be climbed and therefore potentially dangerous. I'm not sure if the property is advertised as adult only but I would recommend this be the case for this apartment. Other than that, it's a short walk into Saundersfoot and it has great coastal walks. The town offers a good range of shops and cafes selling local produce and seafood. The small deli is a great visit for your lunch.
