Puffin Cottage Holidays

This is the first time we booked with Puffin Cottages and were impressed with the service we received both in the booking stage and helping us with a question while we were actually there. A huge thank you to Vicki for replying so promptly (and on a bank holiday weekend too). We stayed in Freshwater East and whilst the property was small it was extremely well thought out with a wall bed that you put away during the day to give you more space. The decor is great and the quality of the bedding, crockery etc. is of a high standard. The towels in the bathroom need a special mention - they were the softest we've ever used! However all these lovely things are overshadowed by the view, the whole family loved gazing out to sea, especially on the wet days we had! Having the beach only a 5-minute walk away was amazing and some fantastic places to visit - Freshwater West, Barafundle Bay, St Govan's Chapel to name a few. We loved it so much we have already booked to go back!

Beautiful property- we stayed with our 2 year old so we had so much space!!! The house was superbly clean and tidy and had everything we needed- a well equipped kitchen! Hot tub was great- nice and warm and clean- views are to die for there too. Only think we would prefer more screening from neighbour property in the tub- this I must stress is just a personal preference for privacy. The grounds were maintained well whilst there and spotted a rabbit or two helping out with the grass cutting too! A great stay- close to every thing we needed- Tenby Dino Park was a must for small humans! We will definately be back! This is a spot on property!!! Xxx

Fantastic service from Puffin Cottages. Always happy to help and quick in replying. My family and I have used Puffin Cottages for several years to book our Easter Holidays with.
