I thank both Karen and John so much for all they have done for me ..they have both helped me with different problems .. I have been living with emotional scars from a car accident years ago and after their help Im now completely recovered and living a happier life .. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Amazing results. John has helped me to realise my goal and beyond with hypnotherapy. I had tried everything to aid me but had no sucess As a keen sportsman I spend lots of time training and in the gym and after a swimming injury I was stuck with my progression of achieving my previous P.B's . I thought it was physical restriction but after consultation and treatment with John I was able to push past my P.B. with lifting and rep set ratio also increased.
