Elements of Pembrokeshire

I really like this little shop. There are lots of really lovely things to purchase. The lady behind the desk was very helpful. I've bought lovely memoirs from there. My recent purchase was a really lovely toadstool hand made to a high standard. I'm so pleased with it. Infact I had a few lovely comments carrying it from the shop and was asked where I bought it.

Poor and bitter customer service from an individual whom clearly wants to deter your from buying anything. Went in to look at an item displayed in the window, it did not have a price so I went in to check/ask. Before I had even come through the door, the lady had made her decision that I did not deserve her custom. I tried to look at the back of the item, as all other items had prices stuck on the back on a small sticker. She abruptly asked me 'can I help you' with an accusatory tone and then treated me like I was a complete fool when I asked for the price, giving the impression that I would not be able to afford such an item (25...). I was going to buy for my mother who was waiting outside and liked the necklace displayed but didn't feel comfortable going in without a mask in the current climate - but after accusatory looks and coarse customer service I certainly would not be spending anything here. I left very quickly and will not be returning.
