        I have used the Infrared sauna here at steps to serenity for two extremely relaxing sessions this week and I feel I'm already experiencing the benefits of those two sessions already. The shop itself is and looks fantastic and Amy is really helpful when recommending products or treatments. I highly recommend Steps To Serenity. Have recently had a facial treatment here which was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had and my skin looked and felt great afterwards. This would certainly be another treatment I would recommend and would make a great present for someone.

        Between falling asleep during the most relaxing facial ever or feeling the stress of the day fade away in the Light Sauna. I will be returning often.

        I love visiting Amy at steps to serenity - I find the saunas and massage to be very helpful and amu is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the range of products stocked aswell - its great to be able to shop high quality locally
