Great service from Willow when I recently had a number of wooden sash windows replaced. Brilliant communication from start to finish, always happy to answer any queries and happy with the product. Even though we are in a completely different part of the country the measuring up process and fitting were seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Willow supplied 9 double-glazed wooden sash windows for my Victorian house. The windows are beautiful and function well. The service from Willow was excellent with good communications keeping me updated on manufacturing schedules, etc.; matching the colour of existing woodwork; and accommodating my schedule and availability. Very happy.

We are absolutely thrilled with the windows Willow made and installed for us! Chris and Max were great workmen - tidy, thoughtful, easygoing, hard-working, and with really high standards about their work. My son and daughter are both really happy with the new windows in their room, and appreciate the warmth and quiet of the double glazing. We had some other windows installed by Everest recently, and Willow DEFINITELY did a MUCH better job! Willow's workmanship and joinery was far more precise, and the communications and attention to detail were better with Willow. The Willow windows look much better. I would definitely recommend Willow Joinery, and we are already looking into having some other work done by them.
