Ordered oil via boiler juice, the driver decided to take matters into his own hands and force his way into the property completely destroying our back gate in the process. Then had the cheek to ring to say that he couldnt shut the gate on the way out. They are trying to not claim liability as we now have a gate that we can no longer use.

Ordered via Boiler Juice in 6/12, they advertised delivery on or before 23/12. PAYMENT WAS TAKEN. Confirmation email was sent saying Certas would be delivering. I called Certas end of last week & the beginning of this week to see if my delivery had been scheduled, they said it should be around 21/12, but that it hadn't been scheduled yet. When I called today Certas said delivery date was now 30/12. I told the customer service lady that I had called 2 days ago and the delivery date at that time was on or before 21/12. She said she couldn't change anything on her end, and to call Boiler Juice. So I did & they said that they were unaware of any delivery date change, so obviously, Certas had changed the date & their Customer Service lied to me. I informed both companies that I was out of oil & would have no heat or hot water - they couldn't have cared less.

Dreadful service avoid at all costs. Ordered oil end of November due today. Checked yesterday was told yes it would be with meno oil arrived! Managed to get through to them after being on hold for ages to be greeted by a very rude woman who told me she didnt know when it would arrive! Explained I was running low and had small children in the house and thats why I ordered it 2 weeks ago to be met with a couldnt care less attitude and she put the phone down!! I rung KP Thomas and spoke to a lovely woman who placed an order and the oil will be with me by the end of this week. Certas you have my money and I want it back.

Ordered oil, via Boilerjuice (they wont be getting a good review either), 5 weeks ago. Certas tried to deliver to a random house in our village, different postcode but had the same street number!!! They were told to phone us before trying to deliverbut didnt. They then cancelled the order, again without contacting us and denied even having received an order when we phoned. Finally received our oil after holding out and refusing a refund as oil had gone up by 100! So sad that the old O J Williams, who did a lovely service, has now gone.

Only giving 1 star as giving no stars is not an option. After 40 years of buying fuel and trying to price with them every month, purchasing over 100,000 litres of fuel every year. We were promised fuel delivery this week, which did not turn up. They contacted us to inform us that we were not having fuel delivered until we paid upfront as they had closed our direct debit. We have never had an issue with paying for fuel each month, but on numerous occasions when attempting to order fuel through O J Williams (Certas) we have had no reply to our requests. Simply, we will not be buying off them again due to the fact they clearly do not have any care towards long standing customers.
