Highly recommended company. The solar panel and accompanying battery installation was very efficient and professional with clear and accurate instructions and advice. They also really go the extra mile, replacing a cracked tile on my roof,which I had no idea was there, and when a smart meter was recently installed by the energy company, their engineer connected a part the wrong way round and Gareth came to the rescue immediately to sort out the problem promptly, to my great relief. Fabulous company. We had a crisis with our air source heat pump that's in our house in the middle of Eyri National Park and very few local people are able to deal with it as it's a specialist piece of kit. JM just stepped in and had an engineer there for us in super quick time and got the system back up and running. So grateful that they were happy to help. We were brushed off by so many other companies, I spent the whole morning on the phone, who just didn't want to travel to help us. These guys were amazing and went above and beyond to help us. They now have a new customer for yearly servicing and when we may need a new system in the future as well. Thank you
