        I thought all was lost as had some adverse info on my credit file due to a divorce. Been messed around and basically mislead by several mortgage companies who didn't even know their own lending criteria. Richard sorted it in one meeting. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. As mortgages are far more complex these days you really need to see someone with a lot of experience. Richard has it. M Wilson, Managing Director.
