Went to Paul with lower back pain and after several sessions was greatly improved. I have suffered back pain over many years. Do the exercises he shows you!

Very helpful and very quick

The Dr prescribed pain killing tables that have improved my wife so she can walk without much pain. What a great improvement so grateful for this.

By far the superior gym in North wales
