Staff always friendly and the place has a nice calming and restful feel to it. Find it gets mad busy at certain times, where waits can be long, but that is to be expected if a place is popular. Only negative comment I have is that the prices seem to have shot up since our last visit, with sandwiches costing around 9.00. This makes a lunchtime treat rather expensive when there are 4 of us, as its approaching restaurant prices. Overall, good place to visit.
