I only put one star as I needed to.. booked a cut and colour. Morning of the appointment I rang numerous times to double check I had the right time before making a 55 mile round trip. As I arrived into Ruthin I rang again.. this time I obviously woke the hairdresser up, obviously wasnt expecting it to be a customer, I asked to double check the time and he said.. oh I was going to ring you to reschedule!.. (sounding like hes still asleep and dog rough) I declined, no way am I paying for this kind of service. by this time I was already there, wasted a day off work, for the most unprofessional service Ive ever come across, I dont usually make reviews but I felt compelled to due to the disgraceful service.

Amazing service from Siobhan as always . Was sad to hear that it was Siobhans last day today, given the time and dedication she has given to the salon I'd have thought there would have been a big fuss made of her. Really disappointed to see that nothing was mentioned and it was like a usual Saturday . Good luck for the future Siobhan you will be amazing .... Service: Hair coloring

The worst experience I have ever had. A trip to the hairdresser should make you feel better not worse. I did complain and was made to feel very awkward. I have never had to complain before at a hairdresser, anywhere. No real apology given. The young woman ignored me and left it to her colleague to rectify. They did try a minimal effort to sort it out but still charged me. Perhaps a little less focus on gossip would improve their professionalism. Looks nice from the the outside but my advice would be to go down the road or up the road... any road in fact and you will find other far better establishments.
