Original review 2018, Edited 2020 - see bottom of review Purchased a rifle from Valley arms. They gave sound advice before purchse and we worked out a deal in all fairness was very good and I was happy with. Happy in that regards. However, I received my rifle in the box on the counter without much way of a thankyou for my custom. I would have expected more customer care considering the money I spent. They didn't really make me feel valued as their customer. If that sort of thing doesn't bother you then valley arms are fantastic. For me I prefer to at least be smiled at when spending lots of money.. Other than the poor handover, I couldn't put them down. I will return but would prefer to purchase expensive hardware elsewhere in the future. Edit: I returned in Feb 2020 and was pleasantly surprised by the service this time round, a different chap than last time who was much better. I ordered an Air arms rifle as my other RFD couldn't supply, and they called me as soon as it landed, nice little handover on the counter. Couldn't really ask for more.

Valley Arms, situated at Balero Camp along Park Road in Ruthin, offers a broad range of firearms goods and services not only in firearms, but for accessories, security, and field sports more broadly. Valley Arms has another location in Bangor, and Valley Arms' gun club has an active calendar of gun range days at Wern Ddu Quarry in Gwyddelwern some few miles away. The store is easily found along and although parking may seem limited, there are usually adequate spaces to cope with demand.
