        Disappointing experience as I had read such good reviews. I recommended Reebees to my son in law to buy 1st Anniversary flowers for my daughter on Easter Saturday. The assistant was v friendly and helpful but the flowers were extremely disappointing. A least two of the flowers were mouldy ( one with a broken stem) and the tulips were clearly not fresh as after one day they dropped their petals. I called in to the shop on his behalf as soon as it was open again and was given some replacement flowers but they were clearly not of the same value as the hand tied bunch originally purchased. Not up to standard Im afraid

        After finding out late that an online florist had let me down I spoke to Jo who was friendly, incredibly helpful and informative. Not only did she help resolve the problem, to get a replacement bouquet delivered the same day, she gave a great personal service - and if the flowers match her personal touch Im sure my auntie will be delighted too. Thank you Jo - I wont use online again.
