Absolutely first class company that offers all aspects of building services, planning, sales etc., at their own cost, until completion of the project. Gethin was excellent, I cant say enough, he went beyond the call of duty to get my property sold. This included; site visits, with customers, meetings with council officials to make sure, amongst other things, that removing certain trees was allowed, getting plans drawn, getting plans passed, checking boundaries and tracing underground water and waste pipes. Helping me through times of stress, and offering alternative positive solutions when coming up against Welsh Highways, who it seemed just wanted to stop the whole process. Even right at the end of the process, when a water pipe burst in the house and threatened to stop the sale, Gethin took over and got me a result. Top guy, top company, and top marks and recommendation!

Professional and knowledgeable service. The Building Plot showed great expertise in facilitating permission from the local authorities for dwelling on my garden. Without their skilled and professional approach, I doubt this would have been granted through a conventional route. Highly recommended if one is looking to monetise their assets.

Having seen our failed attempt at getting OPP, Gethin at The Building Plot approached us He explained the process of re-application and convinced us of the likelihood of success He clearly explained how the Council would approach the application and how he would deal with any issues Gethin also clearly explained our options as applicant At no time was there any pressure to proceed I am please to say, under Gethin's guidance, the re-application was successful A very professional job all round
