only giving one star because I have to put something ! I had my first pallet of bedding which was great and came out in good time - great product and delivery - I have ordered my next pallet before I ran out on 22/12/2021 and thought I would end up with it just after Christmas as their delivery in the website states 2-3 working days. Its now the 13th Jan and I am still waiting for my bedding ! Its left them but no one has any idea of when it will be with me ? - I am desperate for this bedding now and Im a little bit annoyed as they have had my money since before Christmas and still no bedding has arrived or any idea of when ! Not the best way to do business guys ! Update..Still waiting for my bedding - on the 22nd it will be a month - have just spoken to the office who are going to email me the hauliers details so I can chase them - saying they wont speak to them due to data protection Im not the one paying the haulage bill so surely Blue Ribbon are the customer ?
