        Today, was the first time I had visited . I was apprehensive when I arrived, however on entering I was given a lovely friendly welcome by Tracy, who made me completely feel at ease! I then on time! met with Sara the owner. She was so lovely and informative and understood my concerns in regards to the wrinkles and jowls I have . We discussed in-depth what the best treatments would be for me, tailored to meet my needs and what can be achieved. I am so looking forward to starting my first treatment this week! I can only say from this first encounter today, that the impression I got from both Tracy and Sara that I will be very looked after. I left feeling, confident, happy and in safe hands. The first time I have felt that in a long time. Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcome! I look very much to seeing you later this week!
