I am of the pre-computer age group and not computer literate; however, Tom handled my computer remotely and calmly and patiently talked me through the actions I had to undertake to enable him with the resolution of the problems.
Although it took some time the problems were eventually solved and the fee agreed, which I thought very reasonable for the time involved and which I was able to pay for remotely, with thanks.
I have no hesitation in recommending JonesTheComputer and Tom for computer matters.
