        An excellent hour working out on the reformer under the professional instructions of Kathryn. She has a lovely manner and explains each task clearly. I have also been attending Kathryns Pilates classes for several years. She varies the content so her classes are always interesting, and in them are excercises for all abilities. Each session is approached with enthusiasm so taking part in them is a pleasure. It has been a lifeline for me in the last year.
