Hired this company for waste removal! Let down on 2 occasions by this so called company! They were due Wednesday afternoon, hadn't arrived by 4.30 so I called them. Had a response to say they were running over and they could come Thursday afternoon and offer a discount! Had to change my working arrangements to accommodate! Again didnt turn up on Thursday by 5pm, called and messaged them, to have no response other than a abrupt message saying "on my way" after my call was rejected. No communication between them and even said they were on their way to me and totally lied! Why is it so difficult to call a client and update them if you're running late etc?! Needless to say the job STILL isn't done as they didn't show AGAIN! How does this company expect to earn a good reputation if they're operating like this! I understand times are very hard and you're probably inundated with jobs but that isn't the point! A little communication goes a long way! Thanks for nothing, hope I'm the only person who has received awful service and is again set back in the timeline to get my garden sorted!!
