Went up Complete Care chemist on Tuesday 31st May for R prescription and told would not be able to pick up until first day of month, went away until Monday 5th of June and again called up chemist only to be told still not ready. 4 visits later on Thursday 9th of June called in again and again told not ready. Went down my surgery and was told only received my prescription on Wed 8th of June and it would take no longer than 24 hours to process. Went back to Complete care chemists and still tried to fob me off with the surgerys fault. Receptionist in surgery showed me when prescription sent in on the 8th of June. Service this month has been a absolute disgrace. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have.
