Having had a 23 year old boiler that was on its last legs, I decided a new one was needed. I looked online for installers and came across Scott. The reviews were favourable so I decided to ring him. In less than a week , he was there to fit it, and overcame all the problems the old boiler threw at him. Scott is very friendly and helpful and all you can ask in a professional tradesmen. I was losing faith in my under floor heating being repaired, many companies were not interested or had many months of work. Just before the Christmas break Scott was very responsive and came to my rescue despite being on his annual leave. We had a great service, and Scott responded to all my queries via text reassuring me when I lost hope. Scott spent time finding the solution and provided advice & guidance to purchase a new boiler. Scott was efficient installing our boiler and also installed a thermostat we use with Wi-Fi so easy to transport around the home. Our heating is fantastic and Scott remains responsive each time I text or call. I would highly recommend Scott. Excellent service and a lovely gentleman.
