Forgot to refund me ignored my emails for weeks. Your response is not true, you allowed me to order a product then you said only pharmacies can order this, then didn't refund for ages, had to be promoted and took 2 months to even respond to my review. It wasn't "diverted" it was never available to me. nice try. Valid 1 star review.

Awful company. I've been chasing them for a refund for almost 50 days already. They have cancelled my order, then notified me 3 weeks after. They keep ignoring my emails all the time. AVOID!!!

Very unprofessional company. I made online order with them, the item was green and in stock. 2 days after placing the order it still was not dispatched so I called them to ask whats going on. I was told they went out of stock in the meantime....so its the customers fault they cannot manage inventory levels. In other words I would have waited for a month without the items if I did not call and ask whats going on. No email or anything like that was sent. Very bad customer service, avoid and order from another company!

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I ordered a product from them that they stated online that they had in stock, waited days for notification of postage and no contact whatsoever from them. I emailed them, only to be told that they DO NOT have the product in stock. I asked for a refund, was told it would be back on my card in 5 working days and here I am at the 5th day and STILL no refund. I paid a considerable 27 to these appalling sellers. AVOID THEM. They give misinformation about their stock availability, take your money and then fail to refund promptly.
