Peter at Suspension Inc. did a great job servicing my BOS fork and FOX shock. His communication is excellent, and he serviced both shocks in a few days. They came back immaculately clean, and carefully packed. I'll definitely be using them again.

Trust, precision, value. These sum up the key qualities I have come to best associate with Peter's business, and why I continue to go back to him to service and/or troubleshoot my Rockshox products. I have been particularly grateful for his advice and insights into suspension products based on his extensive professional experience. The fact that I get both to support a local independent business but at the most competitive prices going is just the icing on the cake. Always a pleasure corresponding with him.

Really pleased with this service. I had an MRP Raven Air that felt weird and had started knocking near the top of the travel. I knew Suspension Inc came highly rated from my research on Facebook groups, so despite it being a good 55 minutes drive away I wanted to give it a go. I sent an enquiry through the website and got a text reply quite quickly. A text chat let me book the fork in ASAP. I drove up and dropped the fork off that day (Monday afternoon), then received a further text on Wednesday lunchtime saying the work was done. There were multiple payment options including card and cash, and the forks feel fantastic now. Very happy overall. My one potential suggestion for improvement would be to get some black-based stickers as the white looks a bit odd on the fork! Will happily use this place again. Edit: You now get black-based stickers, so all's perfect.
