        Excellent yoga class, very friendly and not too busy. The yoga instructor (Debbie) is very informative and can easily verbalize what positions and moves are needed to get the right posture and to get the most out of the class so it's suitable for all levels

        Just had a treat and the pleasure of a hot stones massage with Deb, the massage was so relaxing I struggle with anxiety and depression which is the reason that I decided to give this a try and I can honestly say that right now I am feeling the most relaxed that I have in a while, my mind and body feel like they have been put into balance, Deb is so lovely and really puts you at ease as I wasnt sure what to expect or what to do but she was very friendly and kind which helped alot I would recommend this to anybody anywhere especially if they want to clear their mind for a while and feel deeply relaxed this is a must treatment in my opinion and I will definately be booking in again soon Thankyou so much xxxx
