        I took out a membership after looking at what classes they have that I am able to do, and after booking the classes Ive turned up and the classes have been changed, from yoga to circuits, not even nearly the same. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was wanting to do yoga, their answer was well you can use the gym if you cant do the class !! Furious, Ive contacted the membership team via email for a refund on my membership and Ive had no response!! This is very poor management and misleading. The membership cost me 45 for the first payment, its been 2 weeks and Ive not been able to use it !!
