Aggy is a wonderful lady who is professional, friendly and totally makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Her wellness clinic has such a lovely energy too and is so relaxing. I originally went to see Aggy for some help with mobility issues and tension as I had a very painful frozen shoulder a few years ago, resulting in many physio and osteopathic sessions and finally ending with a guided steroid injection. Aggys sessions have been of great benefit and I can see and feel the flexibility and movement coming back in my shoulder which is amazing. Her sessions have helped so much that I am hoping to start yoga again soon which I have really missed and did think I wouldnt be able to do again. Although Aggy has been helping me with a specific issue, I have found that she focuses on my whole body and my well-being too in her sessions and I leave each one feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and happy which is so nice. I highly recommend Aggy and look forward to booking further sessions with her. I may even try something new! Thanks Aggy!
