We went to give notice of our upcoming wedding, the staff are friendly and understanding, as I left our passports at home luckily we only live five minutes away by car, so all was well. It takes 45 minutes to an hour, but if you need the toilet, you have to go out of the building, around the corner and pay the council 30p for the privilege
