I cancelled the service last year after settling what was owed and cancelling the direct debit. Then a few months later they reinstated the direct debit without authorisation from myself charging me 4/6 a month not actually turning up. I cancelled this direct debit again and Then they just appear out of nowhere after months and start to clean one of my bins Without asking. I suggest that if you have been with these before to check they haven't started a direct debit again without you knowing.

When we first started using the service, it was brilliant could not fault any part of it, as time goes on the standard of cleans received are very poor, bin on the vehicle less than 15 seconds, gets lashes to the nearest pavement no where near where collected from, it comes back still with dirt and grime all over and inside it, some of the drivers take care some do not and sadly the majority do not. Doesn't even smell fresh anymore once it has been cleaned.
