        This chemist has good telephone and counter service but is let down by the extremely slow process of preparing a prescription. This has been the same for years and hopefully the new robotic system will be better than the previous, but somehow I doubt it. One small bench to seat one or two people and so for something simple be prepared to wait 25 minutes. Twelve people waiting at the present moment and my 25 minute wait is now 45 minutes.

        It used to be stress free getting my prescription, they even used to help me when the doctors missed my prescription. Now there's so many new staff that either don't care or don't know what they're doing, it's a hassle every time. I can never get in touch with them. Only rating 3 stars because of how good they USED TO BE.
