Frustrating and left desperate, once in a blue moon my repeat prescription is correct, I now have to check the dosage is correct as in the past been given double the dose of heart tablets, when I went in to report it, I got "these things happen, we are very busy" I was furious, I also ask patients to check the expiry dates as I have come close to some of mine almost expiring. I am from a medical background.

Worst chemist ! I went in last week to get my prescription as they said it was ready when I phoned week before when I got there they had missed 1 prescription and told me to call Monday and see if its ready .. I have phoned over 70 times today and I purposely kept calling to see if they would answer and no answer all day!. Honestly this keeps happening! Think it's time to move on to a different chemist. If I could give no stars I would.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to, every month I have to argue about my prescription for my diabetes. I was told by my doctor that I could put another one in as I am short on items and a woman in the pharmacy said that I could not have it because I'm not due until the end of Feb. I explained why I had put it in and all I was told was that you can't have it. They have no duty of care and they are very rude and obnoxious.
