I was only coming to elite for 6 weeks to give myself a kick start and I never left. Here is my why I stayed Within 6 months, with the coaches support i had lost 2 stone and had ran my first 10k. Now 5 years on Im in the normal weight range, Ive ran metric marathons, multiple half marathons and also competed in a strong person competition. Without the support from the coaches and my friends that I have made here, i would be in pretty much the same place as I was all those years ago. The coaches are all brilliant and take the time to help me meet my personal goals and genuinely celebrate my success with me. They dont judge me when Im having an off week or two, they simply help me get back on it. My 14 year old son has recently joined and he absolutely loves it. I love seeing the coaches encourage him and I can see their belief that they have in him. I love training with him and I love that elite is helping him find something he loves. I really would recommend elite personal training to anyone, its worth every penny.

After clicking on, then ultimately pressing the back button on, their kickstart posts on Facebook lots of times, I finally took plunge and signed up - havent looked back! What a fantastic group of people - both coaches and members. Ive joined one other gym before, SO many times, to be left to my own devices which just made me feel a bit useless to be honest cos I didnt know what I was doing! Not Elite though! Welcomed immediately, encouraged and supported every single time you walk through their doors. 6 months later - Im still showing up and loving it, this is a world record for me! Cannot recommend Elite enough, if youre thinking about it, dont hesitate, youll not regret it. Its an amazing place, really is.
