I visited the Prestatyn store on 13/04/23, staff were very pleasant and polite. The optician I had (sorry didn't catch her name, Irish lady) was thorough and explained the procedure fully, would definitely recommend. Dorothy Lynn.

June '22, staff here seemed really helpful. March '23 - After purchasing a pair of middle distance glasses for computer work, and having problems with them, I contacted the store and was met with attitude and accusation that it was my impatience with the 'settling in period' and the glasses were fine. The same response I had when I raised concerns with the Rhyl store just before lockdown. I have since had these glasses and the prescription they were based on (a prescription validated by the prestatyn store last June) independently checked and found to be. 1) Poorly and cheaply made 2) Set at too short a focal length 2) Too strong a prescription for my needs This is the third poor experience in a row with this company. I will never use them again. Can not recommend.

Many thanks to the staff at Specsavers Prestatyn for helping me out. I needed my glasses urgently as I was leaving the country for a couple of months and they made sure I got them in time. I'm very grateful for the great service
