        Very friendly staff with excellent customer services. Always going that extra mile for there customers , free tea and coffee from the machine or if you ask the staff they will make you one

        Rhyl branch..Been going to betfred a for 6 months now after been sick of the staff in William hills . What a difference I know all the staff by name , every one is polite and have a laugh with me and always check to see if there is better odds behind the counter rather than the machine . Josh Lucy Sarah Paul and jobi well done at your job I know its hard with the idiots you have to deal with everyday but keep up the good work all of you
