Well what can I say about Bradshaw Manor. My family and I put our trust in the home to take care of our dear mum, she was rushed in to hospital severely dehydrated and with end stage COPD she needed to stay hydrated. Our dear Mum lasted 6 days and sadly passed away yesterday. She was not looked after to the standard of care she should have received with nursing care, the home may be a beautiful place in the pictures but believe me it's all show!

Poor experience. Poor care. Incompetent and rude staff, for the most part. Very unprofessional. Really upsetting to see such kind of treatment going on. Working in healthcare myself I am very aware of the end of life pathway and how things should be put in place prior to when the patient is in their final stages. When I realised nothing of this sort had actually been prepared I raised concerns to a nurse who had minimal compassion regarding our dying relative and was happy to not act straight away upon the fact that she was agitated and in pain and didnt seem to understand basic care for the end of life patient. When approached she was very abrupt and shown little empathy regarding the situation and it was only acted upon when it was too late! Shouldnt ever get to that point. Wouldnt send an animal here to be honest!
