        My dad took his gold chain here to have catch fixed, it was sent away then returned all fixed for 110 but after wearing it only 3 times the spring had broke. When my dad took it back he was told it had been forced open and it would cost another 110 to fix it so he left. He took it to a jeweller in Holywell who fixed it for 52 and said the Samuel's link was cheap made which is why it broke. The chain is in good working order now, no thanks to H Samuel.
