Telephoned re advice on a civil matter. It was 3pm on a Friday so did not expect a call back that day. I informed the receptionist that I would be at home on Monday and Tuesday but would be in work from Wednesday onwards. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no phone call. Yep you guessed it, called on Wednesday when I was in work. The caller introduced himself as Kaleem. My husband advised him to call back on Thursday morning between 9 - 10.30 before I left for work. He did not call and to date, no one from Gamlins has been in contact with me. In hindsight they probably did me a favour as I found a fantastic firm of solicitors in Abergele who are not only professional but returned my call within 24 hours and are now acting for me. If I could rate Gamlins 0 stars, I would. I would never ever use this firm again. Very unprofessional and extremely discourteous. Clearly they do not want or need my money. What a shame that Gamlins do not reply to prospective clients as fast as they do to negative reviews

OLD REVUE : Brilliant, instant help as needed, when needed, would highly recommend and will be using again just wished I'd been with them years ago :| NEW REVUE (WHEN I NEEDED HELP) The old revue was over a year ago. I returned and tried to use them but they refused. No explanation, just flat refusal as in " it doesn't appear to be something that I could assist with"

I needed assistance with a matter and enlisted the help of Gamlins. Since the initial contact roughly 6 weeks ago they haven't bothered returning my calls or answering my questions. I'll go elsewhere in future should I need help again.
