My partner came back from baby group with our boys to our garden half done and abandoned! Sam and his workmate started ripping my garden out to lay tuff, even after they were told that our new sofa was coming the next morning they left our garden and drive way in a right state with mud all over, that morning the delivery drivers slipped and have broke 2 parts of our new sofa which we have spent ages saving for! the retailer will not pay to replace these as they said the pathway should of been clear of obstruction, so we are now 1500 down for the new sofa, 100 down for the carpet cleaning bill, 400 that had already been paid to these and had to find someone else to finish the garden quickly before the turf died. Thorncliffe turned up with a delivery they hadnt paid for, they also informed me that they have only ever done ONE GARDEN, and that was one of the guys mums! I should of trusted my instincts and told them to go when they turned up without the basics such as a wheelbarrow! But I had already paid half and knew they wouldnt give it back another massive warning that they were unprofessional was when one disappeared for an hour and a half, because he had to meet his solicitor as his ex wont let him see his kids (Im not surprised!) We are taking this to a small claims court to recoup for the sofa, cleaning bills and someone to finish this garden, that is the least they could of done! I have photos and my neighbours cctv showing your shenanigans from start to finish, see you very soon!
