Brilliant company very honest service, asked for switch board to be sent first, was fixed and sent back quickly, treadmill working again, wanted to say thank you for a fast efficient and most importantly very honest service, totally worth the price paying, would highly recommend to everyone!!!!

Hi everyone dont know where to start but about these guys are very professionals my sportstech f75 got faulty and I contacted 1000 people before get through to TIM what legend I explain what happened and just said send him motor board and he send me motor board back next day and treadmill working and he is Treadmill doctors are very very honest people and very cheap to fix I cant thanks them enough

Very poor and unpleasant communication, made a wrong order repair instead of new and instead of correcting me which I could have easily followed and changed the order, sending an abrupt reply understand what you order. Thanks, but will never try to use again
